The Honduran beans in this blend are harvested by smallholder farmers in the Santa Rosa De Copan region. The Santa Rosa De Copan region is renowned for coffee, with delicate sweet cocoa notes due to the rich soil, micro-climates, and high altitudes. The Brazilian beans in this blend are grown in the famous unique landscape and rolling hills of the Minas Gerais State. The region is the leading producer and is responsible for producing exceptional complex quality lots.
